What if there's a code and I didn't use it?

All coupon and promo codes must be applied at checkout. We are not able to apply codes to processed orders. Please be sure your order is correct and that all promos and coupons are applied before checking out. If you are having trouble applying a coupon code at checkout please contact concierge either through chat function on the site, via email concierge@lashify.com, or text us on 3235434400. (No need to contact us on all three though lol, we will get back to you as soon as possible).
