Terms and Conditions for Shipping

Please read CAREFULLY 

1) Your order cannot be modified once it is placed.

2) We guarantee that all items will be shipped free of any manufacturer defects. 

3) Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and updated. It is not possible to cancel, retrieve or stop the package once it has been shipped. We cannot be responsible for lost orders shipped for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange a re-delivery however a US $15 (plus shipping fee) will be charged for this service. 

4) We are not responsible for unclaimed orders that are returned to us due to non delivery. Buyers are responsible to make themselves available to receive their order and/or reply to the notice left by the shipping company to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery charge of US $15 will apply to all orders returned to us due to non-delivery.

5) Shipping delays due to customs and import regulations are possible and out of our control. 

6) For orders delivered with FedEx and UPS- Lashify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with a "signature release on file". This means that you have asked/ consented for the courier to leave the package at your door and what happens once the package is left there is your responsibility.
