Tracking shows it was delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?

Please wait 1 business day if your tracking is showing that it was delivered but you have not received it. Also please make sure to check with other members of the household to ensure they didn't pick it up  for you and your neighbors.  If your order still has not arrived, contact us and we will help make a claim for you. 

Lashify® is not responsible for stolen packages, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure the package is left/delivered to a  safe place.   We pay for tracking on all packages to insure a successful delivery.
